• Note: All transactions will be effected in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD); USD 1 = HKD 7.8

Student Rate Qualification

• Student participants must upload your valid full time student ID to the online registration form

Cancellation / Refund Policy

• A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received in writing by 30 April 2019 (GMT +8)

• No refund after 30 April 2019 (GMT +8)

• To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to Youth Conference Organizing Team at youth.chriehk2019@polyu.edu.hk. Please enter “Youth Conference CHRIE HK 2019 Refund" in the subject line
